To better understand your needs and provide better services, we would like to take a few minutes of your time to complete the library service evaluation survey.

Al Maktoum Medical Library(AMML) Annual Survey is an avenue designed for you to tell us what we are doing great and what we need to improve. We have made great progress due to your feedback provided last year.

The survey is confidential, and we have taken precautions to ensure it stays that way. Please be thoughtful, honest, and candid when you complete the survey.

The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete. We would appreciate it if you could submit the survey before 15^th of October 2021. All participants will automatically be entered into a draw, and five lucky winners will receive gift vouchers from the Library.
