The MBRU Design Lab Innovation Academy’s mission is to teach and encourage innovation within MBRU and its network of medical partners (e.g., Mediclinic Middle East, King’s College Hospital London in Dubai).

To do so it organizes in-person and online workshops and innovation bootcamps from 2 to 10 days. During these trainings, participants are introduced to the MBRU Design Thinking Journey, a home-designed methodology that guides innovators throughout the innovation lifecycle.

Each participant becomes an health innovation champion that has the mission to spread and support innovation in his or her team or department.
