MBBS Application Form Guidelines

The online application form is the official and only means to request to enroll as a student at Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences. All fields must be carefully filled completely and accurately as per the guides provided, to avoid disqualification of application.

Applicants are advised to:

• Read the entire application form before filling in any details
• Follow the specific guides carefully in filling the box in the fields where the guides are provided
• Have the following information in hand:
  • Passport details
  • Current school’s email, address and contact details
  • School results (Grade 10, 11, 12 or university as applicable)
• Have the following documents scanned in color and ready to upload in PDF format:
  • Recent colored photo (with white background in high-resolution format)
  • Valid passport copy
  • Emirates ID Card – front (if applicable)
  • Emirates ID Card – back (if applicable)
  • Family Book (UAE Nationals only)/Mother’s Family Book (UAE mother nationals only)
  • Residency Permit (if applicable)
  • Grade 10 transcript/IGCSE certificates
  • Grade 11 transcript/AS Level certificate
  • Final high school transcript/A Level certificate (if available)
  • Latest university transcript (if applicable)
  • Results of the English Proficiency Test (e.g., IELTS – Academic Module, TOEFL or EmSAT)

For applicants with a degree awarded outside the UAE, Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) – course by course evaluation is required to evaluate the transcripts and have a standard GPA (http://www.ece.org)

You will receive an application number when you create a login account. Please record your application number and use it in all communication with the admissions team. It is the formal unique identifier of your application to MBRU. Please make sure that you apply before the stipulated deadline as late applications will not be entertained.  Short-listed applicants will be invited to attend the entrance exam and Multiple Mini Interviews (MMI) that are held on campus at MBRU with no possibility for distance video-conferencing.
